The Church of Scotland Guild is a movement which invites and encourages both women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action. With around 20,000 members, the Guild is one of Scotland’s largest voluntary organisation

The Cowal Kirk Guild will be a union of The High Kirk and St. John’s Guilds and will benefit from the merging of two vibrant and active groups.

Traditionally our Guild groups have both met on a Thursday afternoon between April and September each year. Over the summer months the two committees will meet to discuss and confirm the meeting arrangements going forward.

However, The Cowal Kirk Guild looks forward to coming out of lockdown and the theme for the next three years is “Look Forward in Faith”

There are six new national projects looking for Guild support so we look forward to co-ordinating our speakers and meetings on these.
